PROCEDURES RELATED TO COVID-19
Due to new COVID guidelines the following changes are now being implemented
- No open public preview will be held. Preview will be strictly by appointment only. All entrants must complete a COVID screening test and must sanitize their hands upon arrival. There will be no washrooms available to customers.
- Masks will be mandatory and it is strongly recommend that all attendees wear gloves
- For Small Items: Checkout will only be done through dock door collection or 3rd party delivery. All winning bidders wishing to pickup their items will retrieve them from the loading dock only. No one will be granted access to the building
- For Large Items: Checkout will be done by appointment only. Movers must schedule date and time removal in advance.
- Social distancing rules will be in place during checkout times
- Our staff will work diligently to disinfect all commonly touched surfaces to the best of our ability
